Try ACLSMED Pro or the Clinical Suite risk-free. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.

What's covered

The 7-day window begins on the date of your initial purchase. Plan upgrades (e.g., Pro → Clinical Suite) are handled via prorated refunds on the previous subscription, automatically processed within the same 7-day window.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@aclsmed.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund

Exceptions & fine print

After 7 days: We do not offer prorated refunds for partially-used subscription periods. If you cancel a Monthly or Annual plan after day 7, your access continues until the end of your current billing period and then stops. You will not be charged again.
Lifetime plans: The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to Lifetime plans in full. After 7 days, Lifetime plans are non-refundable by their nature.
Plan upgrades: If you upgrade from Pro to Clinical Suite within 7 days of your original Pro purchase, the unused portion of your Pro plan is automatically credited against your Suite subscription. See the plan-change confirmation in-app for details.
Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles on the same account or related accounts). This is not the behavior we expect from clinicians, and it is exceptionally rare.
