Refund Policy

We stand behind the ACLSMED Clinical Suite. If it isn't the right fit for you, we will make it right. This policy explains our 7-day money-back guarantee, how to request a refund, and the few exceptions that apply.

§ 01 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans — Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Pro Lifetime, Suite Monthly, Suite Annual, and Suite Lifetime — include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you decide ACLSMED isn't the right fit within that window, reach out via our contact form and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

The guarantee applies to your initial purchase only. Subsequent renewals (Monthly or Annual) are not covered by the 7-day window — you may cancel future renewals at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.

§ 02 How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit our contact form using the email address on your ACLSMED account.
  2. Include your order ID (found in your Stripe receipt) and the plan you purchased.
  3. You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

§ 03 Subscription Cancellations After the 7-Day Window

If you cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription after the 7-day refund window:

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Customer Portal linked in your account settings.

§ 04 Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans (Pro Lifetime and Suite Lifetime) are one-time payments that grant access for the lifetime of the ACLSMED service. They are covered by the same 7-day money-back guarantee as subscription plans. After the 7-day window, Lifetime plans are non-refundable.

§ 05 Institutional Contracts

Institutional and multi-seat plans (5+ seats) follow the terms outlined in your master service agreement. Refund eligibility for institutional contracts is governed by the agreement; the 7-day consumer guarantee does not automatically apply. Contact our contact form for institutional billing questions.
